BriskTag provides XBRL/iXBRL document tagging, conversion, and validation tooling. Your organization is responsible for the accuracy and regulatory submission of filings prepared with the platform; BriskTag output does not constitute a compliance guarantee or professional advice.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Organization administrators control membership, roles, and document access within their organization.
You retain all rights to documents and data you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, and render that content to operate the service for your organization.
Do not attempt to access other organizations' data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You may delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what is retained). We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms.
